This application is to be filled out by black belt applicants who are NOT currently training at a UNTN academy. UNTN will contact applicants once the application below has been filled out and submitted. Proof of training and credentials / prior certificates etc. will be reviewed by UNTN. Pricing will be discussed with applicants etc.
